ULTRA FAST SET CONCRETE REPAIR COMPOUND
Amazing new product fixes and repairs cracks, spalls and small area concrete damage. For when the schedule is tight and there's little to no downtime available this is the answer to your damaged concrete. This allows production to continue while you literally make repairs on the fly. Saving thousands in lost production time.
Mix in a 1:1 ratio of Part A & Part B and then immediately pour into area to be repaired. Aggregate such as sand should be used to give additional body and thickness. Color changes with addition of aggregate. This product is clear if used as a standalone filler. It will dry super hard, three times stronger than concrete.
Please note that this product has a VERY short working time, around 1-3 minutes when mixed with aggregate. Ensure to not mix Part A and Part B until ready to be applied. Do not mix more than what is needed for the repair area at hand. You can mix as little or as much as needed just maintain the stated mix ratio.
2 gal set fills 462 cubic inches, or about 150 lineal feet of a 1/2″ wide by 1/2″ deep crack.
