ArmorGarage has developed a unique coating for extra harsh environment applications such as underground pipes, tank & rotating vessel linings, equipment in underground mining operations, petroleum and refinery plants, fertilizer plants, coal mining operations, paper mills and many other harsh applications.
We start with our extra heavy duty epoxy and infuse it with our proprietary nano particles to strenghten it to be extremely chemical resistant, impact and abrasion resistant. We know of no other product that can match the performance our coating. If you've been having difficulty finding a coating that can survive the rigors of your specific applications than this is your answer.
Can be applied by roller, brush and sprayer. Can be applied as thick as 15 mils in one coat. Additional coat can be applied if desired in 7-8 hrs. Average coverage depending on surface and application thickness is 200 sf/gal.
All loose rust and dirt should be removed from metal surfaces. This is self priming on steel, adheres to concrete(should be acid etched clean or diamond grinded) and doesn't sag when applied to vertical or overhead surfaces! Working temperature up to 220 degrees F. Application temperature is 50-120 degress.
Pot Life is 45 minutes. High impact rated and cures hard as a rock in 8-12 hrs depending on temperature and humidity.
Is Low VOC and USDA approved. Available in various colors in one gallon cans or 5 gallon pails. Can be thinned if needed with up to 20% Xylene.
