With an epoxy patch compound, not cementitious filler. Retail patch products sit in the hole and pop out under the next impact, which is why crews end up re-patching the same spot. Our concrete floor and wall patches bond into the crack or hole and never come out — they won't chip, crack or spall, and they resist hammer impact once cured.

For areas that can't stay offline, our Fast Set Concrete Epoxy Patch reaches full cure in one hour, so a cell or corridor is back in service the same shift and can be recoated with the floor-to-ceiling epoxy right after.

Our quartz-based VCT, linoleum and vinyl sheet floor coating. It's a clear, high-gloss finish that is far harder and longer lasting than floor wax, so the strip-and-rewax cycle that eats up custodial hours in institutional buildings stretches out dramatically. It applies easily over existing VCT and keeps the floor looking new far longer, which reduces both labor and material costs on the largest floor areas most facilities have.

Our direct-to-metal epoxy mastic is the answer for almost all of it. It goes over old coatings and tight rust with only light prep — no sandblasting — and applies up to 5 times thicker than standard steel paint in a single coat and cures to a rock hard tile like finish. Because it builds thick, it rounds over sharp corners and weld seams, which removes both corrosion starting points and injury points on railings, door frames and equipment. It's available in all standard and safety colors.
