Our Commercial Kitchen Epoxy. An institutional kitchen feeds the whole population three times a day and gets washed down with caustic cleaners every night, and it usually sits on cracked quarry tile with grout lines full of grease. The kitchen epoxy goes over that tile with our bonding primer, no tear-out, and cures to a seamless, waterproof, Shore D 90 surface that is USDA approved for all food service applications.

It takes hot oil splashes up to 350°F, repeated thermal shock from hot spills, heavy chemical exposure and 160 ft-lbs of impact, and it is self-extinguishing. Order it with the non-slip additive for the cook line and dish room and a cove base kit for the wall joints, and the kitchen passes inspection with a floor that doesn't harbor bacteria, mold or mildew. Light use after an overnight cure; a fast-dry primer is available when the shutdown window is tight.

Our direct-to-metal epoxy mastic covers most of it. It goes over old coatings and tight rust with light prep and no sandblasting, applies three times thicker than standard steel paint in a single coat, cures to a rock-hard, tile-like finish, and rounds over corners and welds to remove corrosion points and injury points.
