Our Heavy Tonnage option is a two-layer system consisting of our high-performance primer and our extra-thick epoxy that we chemically hardened for a 30 mil finish that rates the hardest on the Shore D Hardness scale. We like to call it the toughest epoxy on earth.
This epoxy coating is what bunker concrete is to regular concrete. Making it virtually impervious to scratches and impacts. It's for floors with high/heavy traffic, repetitive traffic, large vehicles, aircraft, and rubber-tracked equipment.
This coating thrives in environments where other epoxy coatings get obliterated. Used in any application where you need the longest-lasting epoxy floor possible. Works great as data center flooring because, given the traffic on it, it will basically never wear out, eliminating critical downtime.

You can be as creative as you want and apply any sort of decals on the floor or paint a checkerboard floor; your imagination is the limit, as you can see by this image.
If using decals, just make sure you purchase decals that are epoxy-coated rated. Most decals are, but it's best to confirm with whoever you're buying them from.

What Is Commercial Epoxy Flooring?
Commercial epoxy flooring is a multi-layer, high-performance concrete coating system engineered for environments with heavier traffic, abrasion, and chemical exposure than residential floors. Unlike standard floor paints or thin epoxy coatings, commercial epoxy systems use penetrating primers, high-build epoxy layers, and protective topcoats to create a seamless, long-lasting surface.
These systems are commonly used in garages, workshops, warehouses, aircraft hangars, machine shops, medical facilities, and other commercial or industrial spaces where durability, cleanliness, and long service life are critical.

Two layer heavy duty aliphatic epoxy floor coating, 14 mils thick. Water based epoxies are only 2-3 mils thick and hybrid cycloaliphatic epoxies are all under 10 mils thick and lack the most important thing when doing a commercial epoxy floor job, which is a polyurethane epoxy protective topcoat. Without a polyurethane epoxy topcoat to protect the epoxy, it will yellow and wear out very quickly!
