What is AG603X Heavy-Duty Epoxy Bed Liner?

AG-603X is a two-component, heavy-duty non-skid epoxy bed liner designed for heavy-duty and industrial bed liner applications. It provides slip resistance in wet and slippery conditions while exhibiting superior impact and abrasion resistance. Ideal for all steel truck surfaces, whether interior or exterior.

Key features

Provides safer footing and traction
Heavy-duty abrasion & scratch resistance
Excellent impact resistance
Good water, salt and chemical resistance
Excellent coating for Diamond Plate
Cures down to 35°F
Will not chip or peel
Ready to use on interior or exterior surfaces
Easy to apply
Designed for any steel truck surface

Two finish textures to choose from

Apply with a honeycomb roller cover or a ¼″ nap lint-free roller cover — each produces a different non-skid texture.

Honeycomb roller — coarser, dimpled texture
Quarter-inch shed-resistant lint-free roller cover finish texture on AG603X epoxy bed liner sample
¼″ shed-resistant roller — finer texture

How do you apply it?

1
Surface preparation

Surface prep is critical for proper adhesion. Remove all dirt, grease, oil, soil, chemical contaminants and other matter. The surface must be free of any salt contamination. Scuff the surface with a drill-mounted Mushroom Scuff Pad, then wipe clean.

2
Mixing

Mix 4 parts Base (Part A) to 1 part Hardener (Part B) with a 400–600 RPM variable-speed drill and Jiffy mixer. Use immediately after mixing — no induction time is needed.

3
Application

Apply with a honeycomb roller cover or ¼″ nap lint-free roller cover. Immediately after mixing, pour a ribbon onto the surface. Do not over-roll — this can decrease the non-skid. Roll in one direction only and strike off any excess build-up on edges from roller lap. Spread rate is approximately 120 sq ft per gallon. Do not apply if the surface temperature is within 5° of the dew point.
