Our floor epoxy is USDA-approved for all food service applications. Very few epoxy floor coatings have all the characteristics needed to survive long-term in these harsh environments: high adhesion, maximum Shore D hardness rating, high impact resistance, and superior abrasion resistance (we have the best ratings in all categories).

Water-based or hybrid epoxies have no chance at surviving long-term. This product is at the top of the epoxy technology spectrum. Available in two versions: standard prime and epoxy system with traditional dry times, or our fast dry primer that let's you epoxy-coat in about 2-3 hours.

Cove Base - Kitchen Epoxy Floors

Notice the cove base around the perimeter of this kitchen floor. Our epoxy cove base kits let you install a cove base at whatever height you want—complete with two-part epoxy liquids and special aggregate that you mix together and apply to the wall with a cove base tool.

Run the epoxy across the floor and up the cove base, forming a radiused joint at the floor-wall junction instead of a 90-degree angle that accumulates grease and grime.

Self Leveling Urethane Mortar

Some health and building departments require a floor surface that's a minimum of 1/8" thick. This urethane mortar slurry can be applied up to 1/4" thick, and when cured, it is simply unbreakable.

Applied with a gauge rake and pin roller—simply mix it, pour it onto the floor, rake it out at the thickness you desire, and pin roll to release any trapped air. Aggregate can be applied for a very slip-resistant finish.
