ARMORGARAGE OFFERS FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $300.00 EXCEPT FOR ARMOR TILES AS STATED BELOW. We will make every effort to ship your order as fast as possible via FedEx or Common Carrier and provide you with the appropriate tracking numbers. In our effort to get your order to you as fast as possible some large orders may arrive on different days from different shippers. Please note that all FedEx Ground deliveries are shipped as Signature Not Required. If you live in an unsafe area and feel your packages maybe stolen or vandalized it is your responsibility to notify us to ship Signature Required to ensure the safety of your order. ArmorGarage nor FedEx will accept any responsibility for theft or vandalism to your packages.

Please allow 5-7 business days from time of order depending on your location. Check with us on delivery time for tile orders for colors other than gray or black. Please do not schedule contractors or work to be done until shipment has been confirmed and you have delivery tracking information, ArmorGarage cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible if an item is out of stock at the time of your order or if we are experiencing heavy volume delays or the delivery company experiences a delay. 

Upon receipt of your order please open all boxes and check each item against the packing slip. We make every effort to ship out orders accurately, orders may arrive in multiple packages and on different days. Please inform us of any missing or damaged items once you have received everything. After 30 days of receipt of your order we have no recourse with shipping companies so we therefore cannot be responsible for any claims of missing or damaged items.

Any orders that are refused for any reason are subject to all our shipping costs to you and back plus 25% restocking fee. This is due to the fact that cans and pails suffer damage in transit 90% of the time going back and forth and we have to recan, repackage and restock each returned order which is very costly.

Armor Roof Coatings in white or light gray ships within 2-3 business days. Other colors ship within 5-7 business days. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive as we do experience frequent heavy volume shipping delays. Please do not try to time the arrival of your product to the exact time as you plan on doing your project!

ArmorGarage Tiles usually ship within 2 business days. Due to the high cost of shipping small tile orders by the box in lieu of pallets on larger orders all tile orders under $1500.00 will have a $200.00 shipping charge. Orders over $1500.00 Ship Free with liftgate service.

Armor Roll-Out Mats will ship either FedEx Ground for 7.5' wide mats or Common Carrier for all 8.5 & 10" wide mats. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery on these items depending on your location. 

Armor Mats 8.5' or 10' wide require you to physically accept delivery. FedEx deliveries will be left at your door, no signature required. Refused deliveries will be subject to additional delivery charges plus the original cost. Mats are not cancelable or returnable, please verify your dimensions prior to ordering. 

MULTI COLOR TILE ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ARE NOT CANCELLABLE AFTER 48 HRS.
