Specialty Coatings For Metal Surfaces

ArmorGarage has a full line of epoxy coatings for indoor or outdoor metal surfaces. Our direct-to-metal pipe and equipment coating is one of our best-selling products. It's extra-thick mastic that can round out sharp corners on equipment or infrastructure, adheres tenaciously to tight, rusted surfaces, minimizing the prep time and labor.

We also have coatings for offshore and marine applications, anti-rust zinc coatings, and high-temperature surface applications such as process flue stacks and exhausts. If you have a metal surface that needs coating, ArmorGarage has a product for it!

Coatings For Hard To Paint Surfaces

ArmorGarage Specialty Coatings includes our amazing Tile & Wood Coating that can save you thousands of dollars in costly tile or wood floor replacements.

Many restrooms in public or workplaces have some sort of ceramic or porcelain tiles, and the same goes for locker rooms. These tiles are often slippery, dirty, and unsanitary. This problem is solved very easily with a coat of our proprietary primer and then our epoxy, which you can add color flakes if desired, and then finished with one of our protective clear topcoats.

The locker room in this image was a complete disaster, and if not for our coating, it would have had to be completely removed and new tile installed at great cost and a lot of downtime. In one weekend, this floor was transformed into the beautiful finish you see now, that is very easy to clean, sanitary, and slip-resistant.

This coating system will work equally well on rubber and plastic surfaces. Our customer, Rural King, uses it in all their locations for the restrooms and employee rooms.

Rubber Granulated Epoxy Coating

ArmorTrak is made with our industrial-grade epoxy infused with our proprietary dehydrated butyl rubber granules. This results in an unrivaled combination of toughness and non-slip characteristics.

Can be applied on pool decks, ramps, stairs, steel ladders, and anywhere you need a slip-resistant, durable epoxy coating.

This image is of ArmorTrak being applied over a worn-out Cool Deck that was unsightly, full of cracks, and slippery. It now has a very durable surface that stays clean and provides superior grip.

Industrial Epoxy Wall Paint

Some facilities have walls that are subject to heavy impacts, abrasion, and or heavy caustic washdowns.

For these applications, you need a thick, heavy-duty epoxy to keep the walls from being damaged and be easy to clean. You also do not want to have to be continuously repainting them.

The problem is that thick epoxies will run and drip down the wall as you apply them. ArmorGarage has a special version of our industrial-grade epoxy coating that won't run or drip.

It's thick enough to fill in cinder block voids and tough enough to take daily power washings. Adheres to concrete, brick, block, and sheetrock.

Industrial Urethane Cement Floor

Many commercial kitchens and industrial food processing plants need a floor that is thicker than a coating, that can handle heavy traffic, high impacts, caustic chemicals, be slip resistant, and easy to clean and install.

Wow, that's a lot to ask of any flooring product. Fortunately, our self-leveling urethane cement meets all that criteria and then some.

More and more health departments and building codes are requiring food area flooring to be a minimum of 1/8" thick. Our urethane cement can be applied up to 1/4" thick, and once cured, you can drive a tank on it.

Easily applied by in-house maintenance or painting staff or by any handyman that can work a squeege and a roller.
