Epoxy Coatings β€” Metal Surfaces

ArmorGarage has a full line of epoxy coatings for indoor or outdoor metal surfaces. Our direct-to-metal pipe and equipment epoxy coating is one of our best-selling products. It's an extra-thick mastic that is so thick it can round out sharp corners on equipment or infrastructure.

Adheres tenaciously to tight, rusted surfaces, minimizing prep time and labor. Provides a hardshell finish made to last in the harshest conditions.

We also have coatings for outdoor industrial plants β€” onshore or offshore β€” our paints and coatings are saltwater and corrosion resistant. Plus an anti-rust high-zinc primer and high-temperature coatings for process flue stacks and exhausts. If you have a metal surface that needs to be protected, ArmorGarage has a product for it.

Epoxy for Hard-to-Paint Surfaces

Amazing Tile & Wood Coating that can save you thousands of dollars in costly tile or wood floor replacements.

Many restrooms in public or workplace settings have ceramic or porcelain tiles, and the same goes for locker rooms. These tiles are often slippery, dirty, and unsanitary. Color flakes can be added to the epoxy if desired, then finished with one of our protective clear topcoats.

The locker room in this image was a complete disaster. In one weekend, this floor was transformed into the beautiful finish you see now β€” very easy to clean, sanitary, and slip resistant. Our customer, Rural King, uses it in all their locations for restrooms and employee rooms.

Rubber Granulated Epoxy Coating

ArmorTrak is made with our industrial-grade epoxy infused with proprietary dehydrated butyl rubber granules. This results in an unrivaled combination of toughness and non-slip characteristics.

Can be applied on pool decks, ramps, stairs, steel ladders, and anywhere you need a slip-resistant, durable epoxy coating.

This image shows ArmorTrak being applied over a worn-out Cool Deck that was unsightly, full of cracks, and slippery. It now has a very durable surface that stays clean and provides superior grip.

Industrial Epoxy Wall Paint

Some facilities have walls subject to heavy impacts, abrasion, and caustic washdowns. For these applications, you need a thick, heavy-duty epoxy paint to keep the walls from being damaged and easy to clean β€” without having to repaint continuously.

The problem is that thick epoxies will run and drip down the wall as you apply them, and the ones that don't never last long. ArmorGarage has a special version of our military-industrial-grade epoxy coating made for walls that won't run or drip.

It's thick enough to fill in cinder block voids and tough enough to take daily power washings. Adheres to concrete, brick, block, and sheetrock.

Industrial Urethane Floor Cement

Many commercial kitchens and industrial food processing plants need a floor thicker than a paint or epoxy coating β€” one that can handle heavy traffic, high impacts, caustic chemicals, be slip resistant, and easy to clean and install.

Many health departments and building codes require food area flooring to be a minimum of 1/8" thick. Our urethane cement can be applied up to 1/4" thick, and once cured, you can drive a tank on it.

Easily applied by anyone who can work with a squeegee and a roller. No prior experience needed for professional results. See the product page for additional information, images, and product video.
