Our Outdoor Steel Epoxy coating can be utilized in many different ways. It can be used as a primer for specialized topcoats, it can be a stand-alone finish coat, it can be used for high temperature applications such as generator and flue exhausts, can be applied in cold weather, and of course to encapsulate and prevent corrosion to any part of your facility's outdoor steel infrastructure.

Choosing the right epoxy coating or paint for your high operating temperature steel applications can be tricky. They usually involve ferrous metal items that are prone to rusting. So not only does the coating or paint have to withstand high heat it has to prevent rust from occurring or returning. High temperature and rust make it difficult to keep a coating on.

As you can see in some of the before & after images this single component epoxy coating solves both issues and is a cost effective and simple to product to use. Works on old hard to clean rusty steel, galvanized steel and other ferrous metals. Can be applied in cold weather down to 20 degrees! Excellent adhesion to rust, superior saltwater resistance, chemical resistance, high heat and abrasion resistant.

This coating is so versatile it's a must have for any outdoor facility.

Has a maximum surface operating temperature of up to 400 degrees making it superior to commercial grade off the shelf type paints and perfect for high heat process equipment, exhaust stacks, flues and generator exhausts.

Cannot be compared to many products offered as an aerosol spray can! This is an industrial grade product designed for long term durability.

Easy DIY application, eliminates the need for costly and time-consuming sandblasting or grinding just wire brush or sand off any loose flaky rust and other contaminants then mix contents in can and roll, brush or spray on at 250-300 sf/gal. One coat coverage, depending on surface condition a second coat may be desired.

Fast cures in about 1-2 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Color is a Satin Aluminum finish. Sold in one-gallon cans available in 5-gallon pails for orders of 50 gallons or more call for quantity discounts.
