Ponding Water Roof Coating

Many Flat Roofs have an issue with standing water, also known as ponding water. Especially on larger roofs, there tend to be low areas where water accumulates and remains there for more than 48 hrs. This standing/ponding water will cause serious issues over time and cannot be coated over with just any type of roof coating.

To avoid damage to the coating and roof, a standing/ponding water proof coating must be used and not a coating that is just ponding water resistant. Our ponding water roof coating is specifically made for such applications. Easily applied in one coat by anyone who can use a roller, together with the ponding water roof mastic. This coating is suitable to coat over previous non-silicone coatings and on all tar-based or rubber based roofs.

Can also be used for spot coating low areas in conjunction with our standard flat roof coating for the rest of the roof.
