Grow Room Epoxy Flooring

Cannabis grow facilities, warehouses, and retail dispensaries can use a variety of different epoxy floor coatings. We have several epoxy coating systems to fit whatever budget and requirements you may have. From commercial duty systems to industrial grade systems and even extreme duty epoxy coating.

The Military Industrial 3-layer system is for heavy-duty usage, such as forklifts and or high-volume dolly/pallet jack traffic. It has an abrasion loss rating of only 4 mgs (the lower the number, the better), which means you can apply this coating and subject it to heavy usage without having to worry about wearing it out and needing to redo your floor.

To put the durability ratings of our epoxy floor coatings into perspective, consider that the best concrete floor enamel has an abrasion loss rating of 40 mgs or higher, and most standard epoxy floor coatings are 25-50 mgs.

For light to medium forklift usage, the commercial epoxy floor system is the way to go. It's two layers with an abrasion loss rating of 8 mgs. The US Coast Guard uses this coating in their helicopter maintenance air hangars, so it's plenty tough for grow rooms and grow warehouses.

If you need a floor in one day, then select the Ultra Fast System. It lets you apply two coats in one day and be back in full service the next day. The 10 mg abrasion loss rating is rated for medium forklift duty.

For a very cost-effective floor, choose the Industrial Clear Epoxy Flooring product. It's a fast, easy-to-apply, and very durable option for low forklift traffic and high foot and dolley traffic.

For a fancier look in dispenseries, you can use the Industrial Flake Floor option. It's the same as the Military-Industrial Flooring above, but with color flakes added in. If your dispensary has lower foot traffic, you can eliminate the primer for cost savings.
