Race Shops Need The Best Epoxy Flooring

We recommend two epoxy floor systems for race shops. Both ship free as complete turnkey packages with everything you need in sufficient quantities to install it right the first time, and are designed for first-time users.

The minimum protection level we would use is our Military Industrial grade epoxy system. Three layers consisting of high performance epoxy primer that is better than the majority of final epoxy layers from other brands. It provides an unbreakable bond with the first layer of your concrete slab, followed by our Military grade high-build epoxy, and finished with our best-in-industry protective clear coat, which adds a high-luster, high-gloss finish that is resistant to all vehicle fluids, super-hot tires, and solvents. Provides ease of cleaning and keeps your shop looking pristine.

Our second choice would be our Heavy Tonnage System. It's a two-layer system with a super-thick and hardest finish in the business. This is as bulletproof as you can get. It's virtually indestructible. You can actually do burnouts on this floor without harming it!

As a non-epoxy floor alternative, select one of our garage floor tiles. We strongly recommend our super heavy-duty hidden-seam or heavy-duty T-Joint garage tiles for all race shop floors. Garage tiles allow for virtually no floor prep, fast and easy installation, allowing you to complete your project in just one day.

Watch this video by our customer, Race Dynamics. They did a fantastic job on their 20,000 SF race shop floor, which came out just simply beautiful. They even got creative with the gray center lane with black borders, and this was the first epoxy floor they ever did! It's why we love our customers, you don't get a better-looking floor than that or a more durable one.

The product they used was the Large Format 3-layer Military-Industrial Epoxy System. Their business is a race shop, but this could very well be used in a large auto repair shop. For smaller shops, you can use the Small Format version.

They did it all in-house over a weekend. They couldn't be happier with the results, and neither could we.
