ArmorGarage vertical concrete & block epoxy patch can fill in voids 1/2" wide by 1" deep without sagging. When cured it's stronger than the concrete or original block it's repairing. Can also be used to patch pump pads, around manhole covers and can be used to build small retainment or isolation curbing.
For deeper cracks use our backer rod to make up the difference.
Works great on separating walls or floors. Just router in 1/4" metal rods and embed them into the compound to form a stitch that will tie the two parts together.
Cures to rock hard Shore D 80(harder than construction hard hat) with 7800psi compressive strength. Typical concrete floors and walls have compressive strength of 5000 psi or more with most concrete being 3000 psi rated. This will end your repetitive concrete and block repair problems.
Simple to use just mix the 1.5 gallon set in a 1 Part A to 1/2 Part B, playground sand can be added to the point of desired pastiness. Then trowel in where need. Pot life is 30 minutes, you can mix as little or as much as you want as long as you maintain the 2:1 mix ration and watch the pot life. Dries to a Gray color that can be painted over with any conventional type paint or epoxy coating.
