ArmorGarage Fast Set Epoxy Concrete Patch Kit is a 3-component system of special, fast-curing A & B epoxy resins and aggregate. All three components get mixed together to form a "mortar" that gets applied to fill cracks, holes, spalling, fissures, and any other concrete irregularities.
Working time is very short, 2-4 minutes. The more aggregate you add the faster it will cure! When fully cured your repaired area will be a permanent solution! Removal is only by Hilti type chipping gun.
Can be walked on in less than 30 minutes, and can handle heavy forklift traffic in only one hour! Easily applied, just mix and apply with trowel, once hard to the touch in under 30 minutes can be grinded down if needed. Ideal for factory production areas that can't shut down, ramps, walkways, public areas and sidewalks where downtime is critical. Super hard, 8,700 psi compressive strength. Kit will cure down to 20 deg F (longer cure time applies in lower temps).
Kit comes in 2 sizes, one gallon (1/2 pint each of Resin A & B, 6.5 lbs aggregate) and 2 gallon size (one-pint each of A & B, and 12.5 lbs aggregate).
Coverage will vary depending on how much aggregate is used. 1 gallon will cover approximately 50-75 lineal feet of 1/2" x 1/2", 2 gallon kit will cover approximately 100-150 lineal feet of 1/2' x 1/2". If filling a few small holes or cracks 1 Gal should be sufficient. If filling areas that are spalled, pitted or extremely irregular multiple gallons may be needed.
