Multipurpose epoxy coating for harsh environments such as, high volume production areas, industrial factory areas with abrasive particles/contaminants, prisons, treatment plants, mining sites, paper mills, industrial laundries, power plants, hydro-electric plants (can be applied under water), mental health facilities, drug rehab centers and similar applications.
This product will coat your walls, floors and ceilings! Very few if any epoxy coatings can be applied to a ceiling, the weight of their viscosity makes them prone to dripping and sagging. Those that can be applied are usually water based or retail grade that can never survive in abusive environments.
This unique epoxy is a version of our best selling Industrial Wall Epoxy enhanced with our proprietary Molecular Adaptive Technology for superior adhesion and our proprietary Nano Infused Particles for an impregnable surface making it stickier than super glue and just about indestructible. Excellent for coating over existing paints with minimal prep. Solvent clean or lightly sand surface to get clean and apply the AG591. Outperforms ceramic particle coatings and conventional enamels and epoxies.
Easily applied by in-house maintenance staff and cures to a nonporous hardened tile like finish that exhibits incredible washable characteristics without any effect to the finish. This coating can handle any type of abuse inmates and patients can throw at it. Reduces labor and maintenance costs with an easily cleanable nonstick surface.
Low odor and can be applied in occupied areas. Available in Light Gray, Medium Gray and White. Pastel colors available on orders of 25 gallons or more.
Coverage is 250 sf/gal. Available in 1 gallon or 5 gallon pail. Can be rolled, brushed or sprayed on.
