Epoxy For Food Wet Floors

For environments where there is constant water or other liquids on the floor, such as in meat, poultry, seafood processing, you must use the proper epoxy flooring if you want to avoid premature failure and a lot of slips & falls. We have three Industrial Grade Epoxy Coatings for watery environments, that provide three levels of texture, heavy texture, moderate texture or light texture to meet your requirements. Unlike water-based products, which are very thin and wear out extremely fast in most applications.

This image is of our Wet Floor Epoxy. It's made to operate underwater and can be applied on wet floors. It can be applied underwater. We can adjust the level of nonslip additive to meet your requirements.

We also have our ArmorTrak epoxy flooring that's infused with our proprietary dehydrated butyl rubber granules, making it a flexible as well as slip-resistant.

Our Textured Industrial Coating offers the highest level of traction, and when applied with a roller, it has a very aggressive finish, or if applied with a flat squeegee, it will have a less aggressive finish. Either way, this is an amazing product if you need durability and traction.

All our epoxy floor systems ship free either via FedEx Ground or Common Carrier, depending on order size.

Epoxy For Dry Food Floors

We have three options for dry food & beverage processing floors. Our commercial-grade epoxy floor system consists of our high-performance primer, which outperforms most other brands' actual epoxy coating, followed by our heavy-duty urethane epoxy topcoat. This coating is used by the US Coast Guard in their Helicopter maintenance air stations, so it's very durable.

Next level up is our three-layer industrial-grade epoxy floor system. Same primer, but then it is followed by our 100% military grade high build epoxy for extra thickness and strength. Then we finish it with our best-in-class military grade clear topcoat for those who need additional protection.

And for the ultimate in durability and protection, we have our Heavy Tonnage Epoxy System. We call it the toughest epoxy on earth because it's virtually indestructible. We ran our forklifts in circles with their forks angled down at the floor, and they had no effect on the coating!

Epoxy Coating For Walls

Once you've selected the epoxy floor coating you need, it's time to think about your walls. Our industrial epoxy wall coating provides a hard tile-like finish over brick, block, concrete, wood or sheetrock. Its extra-thick viscosity fills in the voids of cinder blocks in one coat.

The problem with using an epoxy on your walls is that their thick viscosity makes them run and drip down your wall during application. This product is made specifically for vertical surfaces, so it won't drip or run like a standard floor epoxy.

Cures to a rock-hard finish that can take impacts, power washings, and has an anti-stain finish. Combined with our epoxy cove base that forms a sanitary radius joint at the floor and wall junction, it creates a seamless waterproof tub that can be power-washed and disinfected without harming the coating.

Machinery & Mechanical Equipment Epoxy Coating

Urethane Self-Leveling Cement

For commercial kitchens and industrial food prep floors that require a thicker flooring than an epoxy coating, we have our self-leveling urathane epoxy slurry cement.

Some building departments and health departments require a floor that is a minimum of 1/8" thick. This product can be applied up to 1/4" thick with a gauge rake and pin roller.

This cures to an unbreakable slip-resistant finish that will last indefinitely. Easily applied with no prior experience needed for professional results.

We recommend that you apply this with a full broadcast of sand or heavy aluminum oxide for a textured slip-resistant finish topcoated with either our military grade two-part topcoat or our acid & chemical-resistant coating for applications that involve chemicals or acid, or for applications that do caustic and sanitary washdowns.
