Adheres to wet surfaces and can be applied fully submerged. Apply in the rain while staying in full operation.
Saltwater & Chemical Resistant
Highly resistant to saltwater, impact, and abrasion. Built for the harshest marine and industrial exposure.
Self-Priming
No primer needed. Adheres directly to bare steel, tight rust, concrete, and previously coated surfaces.
Zero Downtime
Apply while equipment stays in service. Perfect for facilities that cannot shut down for maintenance coating.
Zero Odor & Nontoxic
Safe for occupied areas. No fumes, no odor. Meets all VOC laws. Not water-based.
Stays Flexible
Remains flexible after cure. Ideal for surfaces with deflection, vibration, or thermal expansion.
Impact & Abrasion Resistant

Why Marine-590X Is Different

Most coatings require dry surfaces, downtime, and perfect conditions. Marine-590X doesn’t. This two-part epoxy bonds to wet surfaces, underwater substrates, and even surfaces with tight rust — so you can coat piping, tanks, structural steel, and marine equipment without waiting for a dry window or shutting down operations.

Marine 590X wet surface and underwater epoxy infographic — applies underwater, saltwater resistant, self-priming, zero downtime

The coating remains flexible after cure, making it ideal for surfaces that experience deflection, vibration, or thermal movement. Zero odor and completely nontoxic, so it can be applied in occupied, enclosed, and poorly ventilated spaces without disruption.

Surface compatibility: Bare steel, tight rust, concrete, masonry, and previously coated surfaces (tight, non-flaking coatings). Self-priming — no separate primer needed.
