Our Military Industrial Epoxy Floor System, as seen in this image, is three layers thick, consisting of a high-performance primer that's better than most actual solids epoxies, then our 100% military grade solids high build epoxy goes on next, and then finished with our best-in-class military-grade clear coat. For a total thickness of 25 mils, it is one of the toughest epoxy floors you can buy.

Used in any type of factory floor, refineries, paper mills, industrial laundries, power plants, water treatment plants, dairies, warehouses, repair shops, industrial maintenance shops, and many other applications.

Epoxy Flooring For Heavy Loads

This floor was done with the Heavy Tonnage Epoxy System. It sees a high volume of heavy traffic. Green is not one of the Heavy Tonnage Epoxy colors, but due to the size of the order, we made a batch for this customer.

The Heavy Tonnage Epoxy is very versatile; it handles high volumes of traffic as well as heavy-weight traffic. It's ideal for areas with high volumes of heavy, repetitive traffic, as shown in the image at the bottom of the page.

We don't know of any other coating that can last as long as this coating in heavy operating conditions, although many of our competitors say they do, but they can't.

It's a two-layer system that uses the same high-performance primer as our Military-Industrial Epoxy System, but is then topped off with our chemically hardened epoxy that has an amazing abrasion loss rating of only 3 mgs and cures to a finish that is many levels harder than construction hard hats.

It's why we call it the toughest epoxy on earth; it's virtually indestructible. We ran our forklifts in circles on this coating with the forks pointed down, and it had no effect on the finish!

When you can't take the chance of having to shut down your operation even partially to redo your floor. This is as sure a thing as there is.

Light Industrial Epoxy Flooring

Use the Commercial Epoxy Floor System either in the large or small format for industrial applications with light to medium traffic loads on the floor.

This two-layer system is both an economical and long-lasting option for facilities that need a durable floor but don't have heavy, destructive traffic on it.

Uses the same primer as our other two epoxy floor systems, with the second layer being our 8 mg two-part topcoat. This is a very robust floor at a great price.
