Heavy construction and mining equipment operate in some of the harshest conditions imaginable and require the toughest coatings to protect them from corrosion and damage. Keeping your equipment in good condition can be a time consuming and costly endeavor so we have developed a two layer paint system that is quick and easy to apply.
Our base coat is an extra thick epoxy mastic coating that adheres to just about anything including rust. It's so thick that it can actually round out sharp edges. Bonds to tight rust and previous worn out coatings.

Easiest way to apply is to sandblast or wire wheel surface to remove any loose rust or paint. Apply basecoat and allow to dry to the touch and then apply protective topcoat. Our epoxy topcoat is extremely tough and will protect the base coat from UV damage, impacts, abrasion and caustic chemicals.
Available in all standard colors including safety colors. Sold in 2 or 10 gallon sets. Custom colors available for orders of 50 gallons or more. Each 2 gallon set consists of one gallon of basecoat and one gallon of topcoat. Each 10 gallon set consists of 5 gallons of basecoat and 5 gallons of topcoat.
