Premium Epoxy Coatings Engineered for Data Centers, Semiconductor Manufacturing Facilities, Bund Flooring, Containment Flooring, Mechanical Equipment, and Infrastructure.

This specially formulated two-layer epoxy coating system consists of our high-performance primer and a chemically extra-hardened epoxy topcoat designed to be impervious to the traffic conditions found in data centers and hi-tech manufacturing plants.

The Challenge: Data center floors experience heavy foot traffic, constant dolly traffic, and repetitive wear patterns. Downtime for recoating is not an option-these facilities operate 24/7/365.

Our solution delivers: A permanent waterproof, mold & mildew proof, seamless coating with a Teflon-like finish that wears like iron. The high-gloss finish keeps server rooms bright and clean and when combined with ESD shoe covers and or ESD footwear, provides a slip resistant & static free environment that protects sensitive equipment.

The Challenge: Semiconductor manufacturing floors experience heavy foot forklift and autonomous vehicle traffic that can cause repetitive wear patterns. They also have varied safety & hazard striping requirements, aggressive chemical and acid exposure risks, infrastructure and mechanical equipment protection needs.

Our solutions: In related products at the bottom of this page see our complete line of chemical & acid epoxy flooring, direct to metal epoxy mastic, for FAB building flooring, bund and containment flooring, equipment and machinery coating. We cover every aspect of your facility even the roof with our best in class roof coatings. For large projects contact us about large format packaging and quantity discounts.

See our Water & Waste Water Treatment Plant Coating Products.

Safety Line Striping Epoxy options are made with our proprietary factory ground pigment powders that are far superior to traditional liquid tinted epoxies that don't cover as well and don't last nearly as long. We stock all safety color epoxy for quick delivery. Increase safety and reduce labor & material costs with our ultra-wear line striping epoxy paints.

Proven Toughness: Real-World Forklift Test

We tested this coating with our warehouse forklifts by intentionally driving them around with the forks tilted down onto the floor — and they had zero effect on the coating!

This is the kind of extreme toughness you want in your data centers and hi-tech facilities so you don't have to worry about recoating for 15–20 years. Large format packages and custom colors available for projects 10,000 SF and larger.

Easy DIY Application

Application is straightforward — even for first-time users, professional results are automatic. Sold in 4-gallon sets (primer + epoxy topcoat) covering 300–350 sq ft depending on surface conditions. Save thousands over third party install prices!

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Floor Preparation: Floor must be clean, dry, and profiled by acid etching or diamond grinding. If applying over previous coating, sand to rough up and apply Bonding Primer in lieu of standard primer — allow to dry overnight. Select Bonding Primer in the option box and we'll make the swap at no extra charge.
  2. Apply Primer: Mix primer in 1:1 ratio and roll out like regular paint. Let dry 5–8 hours depending on temperature. Primer is ready when you can press your thumb into it without leaving a fingerprint.
  3. Timing Window: Do not let more than 24 hours pass before applying epoxy topcoat.
  4. Mix Epoxy: Mix epoxy in 2:1 ratio. Only mix 1 gallon per person rolling. Mix for 2½ minutes.
  5. Apply Epoxy: Pour directly onto floor in a bead from left to right. Spread with supplied squeegee, then back-roll with lint-free roller to even out.
  6. Optional Non-Slip: If using non-slip additive, disperse onto epoxy during back-rolling. Use 1.5 units per 3 gallons of epoxy.
  7. Curing Times: Allow epoxy to dry overnight. Light-medium traffic next day, heavy traffic on second day.
