Extra Heavy-Duty Data Center Epoxy Flooring
Chemically hardened two-layer system engineered for extreme traffic conditions
Engineered for Extreme Data Center Conditions
This specially formulated two-layer epoxy coating system consists of our high-performance primer and a chemically extra-hardened epoxy topcoat designed to be impervious to the traffic conditions found in data centers.
The Challenge: Data center floors experience heavy foot traffic, constant dolly traffic, and repetitive wear patterns that quickly dull and destroy standard epoxy floor coatings.
Performance Characteristics:
Our solution delivers: A permanent waterproof, mold & mildew proof, seamless coating with a Teflon-like finish that resists stains and chemicals. The high-gloss finish brightens server rooms while remaining super easy to clean thanks to its non-stick surface.
Extreme Hardness & Thickness
Harder Than Construction Hard Hats: At Shore D 90+ hardness combined with 30 mils thickness, this coating maintains its high-gloss finish far longer than standard epoxies that only look good for the first six months.

Proven Toughness: Real-World Forklift Test
We tested this coating with our warehouse forklifts by intentionally driving them around with the forks tilted down onto the floor—and they had zero effect on the coating!
This is the kind of extreme toughness you want in your data centers so you don't have to worry about recoating for 15-20 years. If it can handle forklift abuse, it can handle anything your data center throws at it.
Easy DIY Application
Application is straightforward—even for first-time users. Sold in 4-gallon sets (primer + epoxy topcoat) covering 300-350 sq ft depending on surface conditions.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Floor Preparation: Floor must be clean, dry, and profiled by acid etching or diamond grinding. If applying over previous coating, sand coating to rough up and apply Bonding Primer in lieu of standard primer and allow to dry overnight. Select Bonding Primer in Option Box and will make the swap at no extra charge.
- Apply Primer: Mix primer in 1:1 ratio and roll out like regular paint. Let dry 5-8 hours depending on temperature. Primer is ready when you can press your thumb into it without leaving a fingerprint.
- Timing Window: Do not let more than 24 hours pass before applying epoxy topcoat.
- Mix Epoxy: Mix epoxy in 2:1 ratio. Only mix 1 gallon per person rolling. Mix for 2½ minutes.
- Apply Epoxy: Pour directly onto floor in a bead from left to right. Spread with supplied squeegee, then back-roll with lint-free roller to even out.
- Optional Non-Slip: If using non-slip additive, disperse onto epoxy during back-rolling. Use 1.5 units per 3 gallons of epoxy.
- Curing Times: Allow epoxy to dry overnight. Light-medium traffic next day, heavy traffic on second day.
