Bakeries with retail sections can use the commercial epoxy floor system for the front of the house and depending on the type and volume of traffic can use one of the other more heavier duty systems such as the Industrial or Heavy Tonnage epozies. The bakery in the image with the tile red floor is a very high volume industrial operation and we recommended our Heavy Tonnage System that is two layers and virtually indestructible.
