Garage Floor Tiles & Mats
Garage Flooring — 100% solid PVC interlocking garage floor tiles and polyvinyl rollout garage floor mats, made in the USA, rated #1 by the US Army, and backed by an unconditional lifetime guarantee. Install a full garage in hours with zero floor prep, no cure time, and no professional installer required.
What is garage flooring?
True garage flooring means interlocking garage floor tiles and rollout garage floor mats — not porcelain tiles, VCT tiles, or outdoor carpeting. Those products are rigid, require adhesives, crack under vehicle loads, and become dangerously slippery when wet.
Our solid PVC garage floor tiles and mats are engineered specifically for garage floor duty: flexible enough to conform to uneven concrete, impact-absorbing, slip-resistant, and guaranteed for life. No matter the application ArmorGarage has the right garage flooring solution.
Independently Tested — Selected Over Competing Tile Systems
Proven To Outperform — Why ArmorGarage Garage Floor Tiles Beat Every Competitor
Solid PVC Construction — No Hollow Weak Points
ArmorGarage garage floor tiles weigh 3.5–5 lbs each of solid virgin PVC. Hollow-core competitor tiles weigh under 1 lb and have only a 1/16" wear surface. More material, better material, and no hollow channels means greater strength, quieter performance, and longer life.
U.S. Military Tested — Proven #1 Performance
The U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit evaluated competing interlocking tile systems and selected ArmorGarage T-Joint tiles as the best fit for Army demands. Kyger Creek Power Plant backed that up by installing our tiles under equipment loads exceeding 100,000 lbs.
Installs in Hours — No Prep, No Cure Time
A typical 2.5-car garage installs in just 4–5 hours. Simply sweep, tap the tiles together with a rubber mallet, and trim edges with a power saw. No grinding, no etching, no messy coatings, and no waiting to drive on your floor when you’re finished.
Full-Perimeter T-Joint — Won’t Separate Under Load
Our heavy-duty T-Joint and dovetail interlocking system runs continuously around every edge of every tile. Competitor peg-and-loop tiles rely on a few brittle tabs that crack and pop loose under vehicle loads. ArmorGarage tiles stay locked together where others fail.
Extreme Load Rated — Up to 160,000 lbs
With up to 160,000 lbs rollover capacity and 80,000 lbs static load capacity, ArmorGarage tiles handle fully loaded fire engines, forklifts, jet aircraft, hydraulic lifts, pallet jacks, and heavy stationary equipment. For your vehicle, this floor is effortless overkill.
Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee — Forever Covered
This is not a limited warranty full of exclusions. It covers defects for life and stays with the tiles — whether you keep them, pass them down, or take them with you when you move. ArmorGarage garage flooring is built to be a forever floor.

Garage Floor Tile FAQ
Are solid PVC garage floor tiles better than hollow-core polypropylene tiles?
Yes — significantly. Solid PVC garage floor tiles are stronger, heavier, more flexible, and sound-deadening. Hollow-core polypropylene tiles weigh under 1 lb, have a 1/16" wear surface, make click-clack noises when walked on, and crack at floor stress points because the plastic is brittle. ArmorGarage solid PVC tiles weigh 3.5–5 lbs each and are guaranteed for life.
How long does it take to install garage floor tiles?
A standard 2.5-car garage takes 4–5 hours. The only floor prep required is sweeping out debris. Tiles knock together with a rubber mallet and cut cleanly with any power saw. No adhesive is needed except under the ramp edge and first row. Drive on it the moment installation is complete — no cure time.
Can garage floor tiles go over cracked or damaged concrete?
Yes. ArmorGarage interlocking garage floor tiles bridge over cracks, holes, and divots up to 3 inches wide. No need to repair or resurface your concrete. They can also go directly over existing old coatings — no stripping required. This makes them ideal for garage floors in poor condition.
Garage floor tiles vs. epoxy coating — which is better?
Both are excellent — it depends on your priorities. Garage floor tiles install in hours with no floor prep, no cure time, and no professional help. They're removable and individual tiles can be replaced. Epoxy coatings create a seamless surface ideal for a permanent, high-gloss floor. ArmorGarage offers both — see our Garage Floor Epoxy page for a full comparison.
Are garage floor tiles or garage floor mats better?
Both are excellent options. Interlocking garage floor tiles offer more design flexibility — multiple patterns, colors, checkerboard layouts, and the ability to replace individual tiles. Rollout garage floor mats are the fastest installation of all: simply unroll, trim to fit, and you're done. Both are made from solid PVC/polyvinyl, are waterproof, and carry a lifetime guarantee.
Will tires stain garage floor tiles?
Modern tires contain an antioxidant called 6PPD which can leach and stain any floor surface over time — this applies to all brands of garage floor tiles, not just ours. We recommend protecting your tiles with Hillway Direct Plus Cleaner and Maintainer, which has proven highly effective at preventing tire staining with strong customer feedback.
