Self-Leveling Urethane Epoxy Cement Slurry
The M1 Abrams Tank of flooring systems — extra-thick three-component system for food industry, commercial kitchens, breweries, and anywhere standard epoxy coatings can't meet minimum thickness codes.
When Standard Epoxy Can't Meet Thickness Requirements
ArmorGarage Urethane Epoxy Cement Slurry is an extra-thick specialized three-component system (epoxy liquids Part A & B plus aggregate) designed for food industry applications where stricter codes or industrial specifications require a minimum 1/8" thickness. It's faster, easier to apply, and less expensive than quartz floor systems — with no special skills required.
A non-slip, high-gloss, super abrasion-resistant flooring system that endures high impacts, extreme thermal shocks from hot water, steam, and oils. Highly moisture-tolerant — can even be applied to damp concrete.
"The M1 Abrams Tank of Flooring" — Among the most advanced coatings available for the food and beverage industry due to its virtual indestructibility. Unlike trowelled quartz systems that require expensive expert installation and multiple reapplications of sealant and non-slip additive, this system provides a permanent non-slip finish.
Self-leveling and easy to install — excellent choice for resurfacing damaged, pocked, and spalled floors. Cannot be compared to commercial-grade leveling slurries that fail under high traffic.
Performance Features
Ideal Applications

Urethane cement with full broadcast sand and commercial two-part topcoat in Safety Yellow around a brewery trench drain.
Simple 3-Step Installation
No prior experience needed — easy DIY installation with basic tools.
Mix
Mix liquids A & B with proprietary silica powder aggregate using a power mixing tool (compatible with standard drill).
Pour & Spread
Pour onto floor and spread with an adjustable Cam Rake at desired thickness (1/8" to 1/4"). Available at Grainger.
Backroll
Backroll with spike roller to release trapped air bubbles. Walk on in 12 hours. Spike soles strongly recommended.
Tools not included: Power mixing tool, Cam Rake, spike roller, and spike soles (strongly recommended). See Related Products for accessories, topcoats, and non-slip additive.
Surface prep critical: Proper adhesion requires shot blasting or rough diamond grinding before application. This is the most important step — do not skip it.
Watch how easily it spreads with gauge rake and pin roller.
Recommended Finish System
For optimal performance and texture, we recommend:
- Full Broadcast: Apply full broadcast of sand or heavy aluminum oxide to provide a textured non-slip finish before topcoat
- Commercial Grade Two-Part Topcoat: For standard applications — adds abrasion resistance and color options
- Chemical & Acid-Resistant Topcoat: For areas with caustic washdowns, aggressive cleaning agents, and chemical spills

Additional Performance Benefits
- Chemical Resistance: Resistant to harsh chemicals including acids, alkalis, and aggressive cleaning agents — suitable for the most challenging environments
- Enhanced Slip Resistance: Superior traction when aggregates are broadcast within the system — permanent non-slip finish
- Low Odor & Low VOC: Suitable for use in areas with limited ventilation or where air quality is critical
- Extreme Impact Resistance: Hammer impact resistant — suitable where heavy objects may fall onto the floor
- Thermal Shock Resistant: Withstands extreme temperature changes from hot water, steam, and oils common in food processing
- Moisture Tolerant: Can be applied to damp concrete — ideal for wet processing areas where standard epoxy would fail
- Faster Than Quartz: Easier to apply and less expensive than trowelled quartz systems that require expert installation
- Resurfacing Capability: Excellent for coating damaged, pocked, and spalled floors without replacement
