Epoxy for Wet Processing Floors

For constantly wet environments like meat, poultry, and seafood processing, proper epoxy flooring prevents premature failure and slip hazards.

Three Industrial-Grade Options:

  • Wet Floor Epoxy β€” can be applied to floors while wet, impervious to permanent water submersion, adjustable non-slip texture
  • ArmorTrak β€” infused with dehydrated butyl rubber for flexibility and slip resistance
  • Textured Industrial β€” highest traction level, mild to aggressive finish, industrial grade durability

Epoxy for Dry Food Floors

Three durability levels to match your traffic and budget:

  • Commercial Grade β€” high-performance primer + urethane topcoat (used by US Coast Guard)
  • Industrial Grade β€” three layers with military-grade high-build epoxy
  • Heavy Tonnage β€” the toughest epoxy on earth, virtually indestructible!

Heavy Tonnage Epoxy in Food Processing

Our Heavy Tonnage system is the ultimate floor for food processing plants that need to withstand heavy usage of forklifts, pallet jacks, rolling heavy equipment, and constant washdowns β€” all while maintaining a seamless, sanitary surface.

This food processing facility chose our Heavy Tonnage system for its production floor, delivering a surface that is chemical resistant, easy to clean, and built to handle decades of punishing daily use.

Epoxy Coating for Walls

Industrial epoxy wall coating provides a hard tile-like finish over brick, block, concrete, wood, or sheetrock. Extra-thick viscosity fills cinder block voids in one coat.

Won't drip β€” specifically formulated for vertical surfaces.

Rock-hard finish withstands impacts, power washing, and has an anti-stain surface. Combined with epoxy cove base for a seamless floor-to-wall waterproof system.

Machinery & Equipment Epoxy Coating

Protect production infrastructure with direct-to-metal coatings for pipes, HVAC equipment, tanks, and process machines.

Easy application with minimal prep and superior long-life durability for the lowest cost of ownership. Adheres to light rust and previous coatings.

Keep your plant running and eliminate costly downtime.

Urethane Self-Leveling Cement

For commercial kitchens requiring minimum 1/8" thickness, our self-leveling urethane slurry applies up to 1/4" thick. Some codes and industrial specifications require a minimum of 1/8" thickness that traditional epoxy floor coatings can't provide.

This unbreakable coating is so strong that you can drive a tank on it. Easy application with gauge rake and pin roller β€” no experience needed.

Recommended: Full broadcast of sand or aluminum oxide for slip resistance, topcoated with military-grade or acid-resistant coating.
