Epoxy Coating For Wet Floors

For environments where there is constant water or other liquids on the floor, such as in meat, poultry, seafood processing, or high-volume car washes, you must use the proper epoxy flooring if you want to avoid premature failure.

Our Wet Floor Epoxy not only survives in a watery environment but can be easily applied to a wet/damp floor and is not water-based, so it's extra thick and extremely durable. This image shows a seafood processing plant with a continuous wet floor, nearly 24/7, which would damage every floor coating they tried until they used our wet floor epoxy.

Unlike water-based products, which can be applied to damp floors but are very thin and wear out extremely fast in most applications.

This amazing product can even be applied under water, so if the floor is ever damaged, it can be repaired while still in full operation.

Self-Leveling Urethane Cement

For customers who require a thicker floor than what a coating can provide, we recommend our Self-Leveling Urethane Cement that can be applied up to 1/4" thick.

This coating cures to a hammer-resistant, rock-hard finish that we recommend having a full broadcast of sand or heavy aluminum oxide during application to provide a textured, slip-resistant finish.

This coating is easily applied with cam/gauge rake and pin roller to release any trapped air in the thick coating. Then covered with aggregate and topcoated with either our two-part commercial grade topcoat or our acid-resistant topcoat.

Nontoxic and can be applied to damp floors, which saves downtime. It's extremely thermal shock resistant and can withstand unlimited amounts of high and heavy traffic.
