Anti Rust Epoxy Coatings

Our Anti-Rust Highly Zinc Rich coating stands out for its superior galvanic protection on steel surfaces. It binds to surfaces minimally prepared to a tight rust, passed a 1500-hour salt spray test, making it suitable for offshore rigs, ship interiors, refineries, treatment plants and many other applications.

Has a fast 4-hour cure time and can be topcoated with chemical-resistant paints, conventional paints, or urethane topcoats. It can be applied down to 25 degrees and up to 300 degrees on surface operating temperatures.

If you're looking for an economical, quick, and easy coating to apply to your steel surfaces that are prone to rusting, this is it.

One Part Steel Epoxy Coating

ArmorGarage single-component epoxy urethane coating with an aluminum color finish is perfect for remedial painting of fences, metal buildings, hand and guard rails, old lead-based paints, grating, and other hard-to-clean surfaces.

Bonds to surfaces that cannot be cleaned 100%, as long as the surface is prepared down to tight rust, this coating will adhere and encapsulate it as it cures from a light molecular weight to a heavy molecular weight, providing excellent corrosion, abrasion, impact, and chemical resistance.

If you're any kind of industrial processing plant, this is a do-all coating that's a must to always have on hand. Roll or brush on at 300 sf/gal down to 25 degrees outdoor temperature and up to 400 degrees operating surface temperatures. Dries fast in 1-2 hours and can be recoated if required.
