Deisel truck & bus repair shops are some of the dirtiest and abusive floors to coat with epoxy. There's only one epoxy that can do the job and that's the ArmorGarage Heavy Tonnage System. It's made to survive where other epoxy floor coatings would get destroyed in a matter of months. Extra thick and super hard finish makes this coating impervious to just about anything. Heavy tools and equipment used to replace or repair large and heavy parts are not a problem for this coating. With it's high impact rating dropped tools and parts are no issue! 

For old existing floors we recommend that your floor be shotblasted to get it clean and profiled properly, it's the fastest easiest way. Shotblasters can be rented from any industrial tool rental shop. If your floor is new and or in clean condition you can diamond grind or do two strong acid etches. Small oil & grease stains can be removed with muriatic acid and Liquid Tide. 

Use the standard epoxy primer if the floor is clean or if the floor is ladened with oil use the oil primer option that will bond to the oil in the floor. Then apply one coat of the Heavy Tonnage Epoxy and you're done. Comes as a turnkey package with heavy duty rollers, frames, mixer, spikes and calibrated application squeegee for the epoxy.
