Epoxy Floor Diesel Repair Shops

For old existing floors, we recommend that your floor be shotblasted to get it clean and profiled properly, it's the fastest, easiest way. Shotblasters can be rented from any industrial tool rental shop. If your floor is new and or in clean condition, you can diamond grind or do two strong acid etches. Small oil & grease stains can be removed with muriatic acid and Liquid Tide.

Use the standard epoxy primer if the floor is clean, or if the floor is laden with oil, use the oil primer option that will bond to the oil in the floor. Then apply one coat of the Heavy Tonnage Epoxy, which we call the toughest epoxy on heart,h and you're done. Comes as a turnkey package with heavy-duty rollers, frames, mixer, spikes, and calibrated application squeegee for the epoxy. Nonslip additive is optional.
