Scratch & Scuff Resistant Epoxy Flooring
Harder than a construction hard hat and 30 mils thick — an extra-hardened finish engineered for the shopping carts, office chairs and constant foot traffic of retail stores, offices and showrooms.

Built to Shrug Off Carts, Chairs & Constant Traffic
This is a specially formulated epoxy coating with a chemically extra hardened finish designed to be impervious to scuffs, scratches, abrasion wear commonly associated with retail store floors, offices, and showroom floors. These floors see high foot traffic and wheel traffic from shopping carts and office chairs that can quickly dull and wear out standard epoxy floor coatings.
Why It Outperforms Standard Epoxy
Harder Than a Hard Hat
This epoxy has a hardness rating of Shore D 90+, that is harder than construction hard hats plus it is 30 mils thick when applied with the recommended primer. The combination of extra hard surface and extra thickness ensures your floor stays looking new the longest versus only looking good for the first six months.

We tested this coating with our forklifts in our warehouse; we drove the forklifts around with the forks tilted down onto the floor and they had no effect on the coating! This is the kind of toughness you need in a retail or office environment.

How to Apply
Application is very easy — four straightforward steps.
Floor must be clean, dry and profiled, either by acid etching or diamond grinding.
Mix primer in a 1:1 ratio and roll out like regular paint. Let dry 5–8 hours depending on temperature. Do not let more than 24 hours pass before applying epoxy. Primer is ready for epoxy when you can press your thumb into it without leaving a fingerprint.
Mix epoxy in a 2:1 ratio. Only mix 1 gallon of epoxy per person rolling. Mix for 2½ minutes and pour directly onto the floor in a bead from left to right. Spread out with the supplied squeegee, then back-roll to even out and spread further with a lint-free roller. If using non-slip additive, disperse it onto the epoxy during back-rolling — use 1.5 units of non-slip per 3 gallons of epoxy for best results.
Allow epoxy to dry overnight. Light traffic next day, heavy traffic on the second day.
